We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when using our newsletter subscription form: name and email address. Additionally, when you browse the site, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and time of access, through cookies and similar technologies.

Data is processed to: (i) send the informational guide you requested and other educational communications about real estate crowdlending in Ecuador; (ii) improve the site and measure its performance; (iii) comply with applicable legal obligations.

Processing is based on your free, specific and informed consent, in compliance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP, published in the Official Registry Supplement 459) and its General Regulation.

We will keep your data while your subscription remains active and for an additional maximum period of twenty-four (24) months to comply with legal obligations or to defend potential claims. You can request deletion at any time.

We may share your data with technology providers located within and outside Ecuador for hosting, email delivery and analytics services. All of them have signed data processing agreements guaranteeing an adequate level of protection.

At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability and limitation of processing, as well as withdraw the consent granted, by writing to hello@ecaterros.com. You may also file a complaint with the Ecuadorian Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.
